Lightweight pleural and peritoneal drainage kit allowing easy and safe implantation and offering real patient comfort. It can be connected to the pleural and peritoneal drainage care kit and the institution's wall suction.

The Rocket IPC Lightweight Indwelling Pleural and Peritoneal Catheter Insertion Kit is indicated for intermittent and long-term drainage of symptomatic, recurrent pleural effusions and peritoneal ascites, including malignant pleural and peritoneal effusions that are unresponsive to treatment medical for the underlying disease.

This Rocket IPC drain offers an alternative long-term method for the treatment of pleural and peritoneal ascites allowing patients to benefit from home care.

This light kit contains the elements necessary for the implantation of the pleural and peritoneal drainage catheter. An intermediate drainage line is also present inside this implantable kit and allows connection of the pleural and peritoneal drain IPC to the wall suction of the establishment.

The catheter can be used in both pleural and peritoneal implantation.
